Here’s how to prepare:
*Set an intention OR 1 question you’d like to receive guidance on.
*Create a quiet, comfortable space where you’ll be undisturbed and distraction free.
*Have a glass of water (no plastic) for hydration during the call.
*Journal and pen/pencil nearby to write insights during and after the session.
*Please stay open with a child like curiosity because shamanic journeys unfold exactly as needed, not always as expected.
During our time together, I’ll guide the journey using the drum while holding safe, grounded ceremonial space.
After the journey, we’ll integrate the messages, symbols and or wisdom you receive so you can carry them forward with clarity and confidence.
